My career in real estate started over 32 years ago when I became a licensed general contractor. Through a series of events, I became a full time Realtor in 2012, but my clients have learned my vast background in building works to their advantage; clients have come to depend on me to be a problem solver.
As a seller’s agent, I’m able to come into your home and advise you on repairs or upgrades to make to your home before listing that will add value to the price of your home and make the inspection process easier. As a buyer’s agent, we can walk through a home together and I’m able to advise you on remodeling ideas or repairs to make to make a house your home. No matter which side of the transaction I work on, I have a vast network of contractors you can rely on to be professional and efficient.
My team doesn’t begin and end with contractors. I have a network of lenders, title companies, and inspectors who will make you feel as if you’re their only client, just as I will. With all of us working together, we’re able to get you a “One Stop Shop” experience that’s not only quick and efficient, but helps you save money and get you to the closing table on time with no hassles.
